My memories are overflowing of all the lovely times l spent with Anita over the years. There was always lots of laughter whenever we got together especially reminiscing about our visits to each other over the years. On a night out when we were young women in my hometown Halifax, Anita had the bar staff in a dither as when she asked for a whisky and coke, they could not understand her accent, we laughed so much. Anita played a part in my wedding and is godmother to my Nicola, and that's because she was much loved and such a wonderful person. Over the years we met up on occasions but we had many telephone conversations and when we got to an hour of chatting, we used to ring each other back as never finished sharing all our news. I think that is the Galea in us as my mum May and Uncle Tony set a precedent in chatting. Anita will always hold a place in my heart and my memories of her will be cherished. May you be in the arms of your father. Forever in my heart as a wonderful cousin and my dear friend. Michelle xxxx
